Child Safeguarding & Exploitation Specialist | $45–95/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Adolescent/Child Safeguarding & Exploitation Specialist to join our team as a contractor. This role is ideal for a clinical expert with deep knowledge in child protection, exploitation risk detection, and safeguarding escalation within medical and clinical contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced clinical reasoning to evaluate complex safeguarding cases involving minors and adolescents
• Conduct thorough clinical risk assessments and severity staging to determine appropriate levels of intervention
• Identify and assess exploitation risks, including trafficking, abuse, and neglect indicators
• Exercise sound intervention judgment to recommend and guide appropriate clinical and protective responses
• Manage safeguarding escalation processes in line with best practices and regulatory standards
• Apply nuanced understanding of consent and developmental judgment when working with minors across different age groups

Required Skills & Expertise

• Clinical reasoning and risk assessment in pediatric or adolescent medicine
• Expertise in child safeguarding frameworks and exploitation risk detection
• Experience with safeguarding escalation protocols
• Strong understanding of consent laws and developmental considerations for minors
• Background in medicine, clinical psychology, or a related healthcare discipline

This is a remote contractor opportunity open to qualified specialists worldwide. Compensation ranges from $45 to $95 per hour based on experience and expertise.
