Circuit Design Writer – Engineering FRQ | $85/hr | Worldwide Remote

Join a cutting-edge AI benchmarking initiative as a Senior Circuit Design Expert. In this role, you'll craft some of the most challenging engineering reasoning questions in the field — problems specifically designed to push the limits of today's most advanced AI language models.

What You'll Do

• Author original, free-response engineering problems rooted in real-world industry scenarios
• Write complete, expert-level solutions for each problem you create
• Validate question difficulty by testing against three frontier AI language models, ensuring at least one fails to answer correctly
• Contribute to a high-quality benchmark that advances the frontier of AI evaluation in electrical engineering

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering is required
• 5+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in analog, digital, power, or RF circuit design
• Must have shipped or taped out real designs — candidates with exclusively simulation or design verification backgrounds (UVM/SystemVerilog/DV) do not qualify
• Experience at well-known or blue-chip employers is strongly preferred
