Join MICRO1 as a Claude Code User — a contractor role focused on leveraging AI coding agents to solve complex technical challenges, build features, and document workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI coding agents (including Claude Code) to accelerate development tasks and problem-solving
- Develop and refine features while performing advanced debugging across codebases
- Lead architectural refactoring efforts to improve system quality and maintainability
- Create and maintain thorough workflow documentation for technical processes
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform engineering decisions
- Communicate findings, progress, and blockers clearly to stakeholders — both verbally and in writing
- Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team
Required Skills
- AI & Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Engineering: Strong technical problem-solving, feature development, and architectural refactoring abilities
- Debugging: Advanced debugging skills across multiple environments or languages
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder-facing updates
- Analysis: Ability to apply data-driven thinking to technical challenges
This is a fully remote contractor engagement. Compensation ranges from $80 to $100 per hour depending on experience and scope.
