Join MICRO1 as a Claude Code User — a contractor role focused on leveraging AI coding agents to solve complex technical challenges, build features, and document workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically versatile generalist who thrives at the intersection of AI, software development, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI coding agents (including Claude Code) to accelerate development tasks and problem-solving
• Develop and refine features while performing advanced debugging across codebases
• Lead architectural refactoring efforts to improve system quality and maintainability
• Create and maintain thorough workflow documentation for technical processes
• Conduct data-driven analysis to inform engineering decisions
• Communicate findings, progress, and blockers clearly to stakeholders — both verbally and in writing
• Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team

Required Skills

• AI & Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows
• Engineering: Strong technical problem-solving, feature development, and architectural refactoring abilities
• Debugging: Advanced debugging skills across multiple environments or languages
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder-facing updates
• Analysis: Ability to apply data-driven thinking to technical challenges

This is a fully remote contractor engagement. Compensation ranges from $80 to $100 per hour depending on experience and scope.
