Mercor is partnering with one of the world's leading AI labs to recruit Clinical Research Experts in Chemistry and Biology. In this role, you will apply your deep subject matter expertise to help shape the future of AI by generating high-quality, domain-specific training data for state-of-the-art large language models.

What You'll Do

• Design advanced, challenging research problems within your domain
• Evaluate and critique experimental frameworks and methodologies
• Generate high-quality technical content in clinical research, chemistry, or biology
• Contribute 4–6 tasks per week, each requiring several hours of focused work

Who You Are

• Hold a PhD (or equivalent doctoral degree) in Clinical Research, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or a closely related field
• Completed your undergraduate degree in the US, UK, Canada, or Western Europe
• Earned your graduate degree at a top-ranked US, UK, Canadian, or Western European university
• Have demonstrated expertise in clinical study design, experimental methodology, biochemical analysis, or translational research
• Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are highly proficient in English
