Clinical Research Expert | $50–70/hr | Remote Worldwide

Mercor is partnering with a leading academic research group to support high-stakes technical documentation projects. We're seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in biomedical research, clinical reporting, or scientific publishing to analyze complex data and craft rigorous technical summaries.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity (10–20 hours/week) ideal for experts who want to engage with cutting-edge research on their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinical reports, technical reviews, and grant proposals for clarity and methodological rigor
• Evaluate experimental methodologies and assess their validity in supporting outcome claims
• Draft concise, technical summaries of research methods and findings
• Provide structured analytical responses to specific research prompts
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to maintain quality standards

Ideal Qualifications:

• Advanced degree required: MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master's in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in academic publishing, research analysis, or clinical data interpretation
• Proven ability to synthesize and critically assess complex research data
• Exceptional technical writing and analytical reasoning skills

Compensation & Terms:

• $60/hour for U.S.-based professionals (rates vary by location)
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
• Independent contractor position
• Fully remote and asynchronous work
