Join a dynamic team at the forefront of cardiovascular and inflammatory disease research. As a Clinical Trial Design Specialist, you will lead the development and optimization of clinical trials for innovative cardiovascular therapeutics, collaborating with top clinicians and scientists to advance next-generation therapies.

• Lead the design, protocol development, and statistical framework for Phase I–III trials in cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, regulatory experts, and biostatisticians to refine trial endpoints, patient selection, and study power.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines throughout trial design and execution.
• Integrate real-world evidence and emerging methodologies into study planning, leveraging biomarkers and adaptive trial designs.
• Support regulatory submissions, trial monitoring, and results interpretation for high-impact studies.
• Provide expertise in risk mitigation and innovative trial methodologies to shape the future of drug development.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or MSc) in Clinical Research, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial design and development, preferably in cardiovascular disease.
• Proven skills in protocol writing, endpoint selection, and regulatory interactions.
• Strong knowledge of biostatistics, trial modeling, and adaptive design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
