Clinician (Oncology / Hematology) at micro1

Oncology/Hematology Clinician | $160–200/hr | Worldwide Remote

MICRO1 is seeking an experienced clinical expert in oncology and hematology to support medical monitoring, regulatory review, and clinical trial evaluation in a remote contractor capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who thrives in structured, high-stakes environments and can communicate complex medical information clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical trials using established frameworks including RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN criteria
• Apply CTCAE grading for adverse event assessment and attribution
• Analyze outcome endpoints such as ORR, DOR, PFS, OS, and MRD
• Conduct dose escalation assessments and benefit-risk analyses
• Review and contribute to regulatory documents including CSRs, protocols, investigator brochures, safety narratives, and DSM/IDMC materials
• Participate in clinical committees including IDMC, DSMB, adjudication panels, and independent review boards
• Produce guideline-based documentation and structured written communications
• Support peer-reviewed publication efforts as needed

Required Skills & Expertise

• Deep clinical knowledge in oncology and hematology
• Proficiency in clinical trial evaluation methodologies and regulatory document review
• Strong understanding of adverse event grading, attribution, and safety monitoring
• Ability to translate complex clinical data for non-clinical stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with medical monitoring and committee participation

This is a remote contractor role open to qualified clinicians worldwide. Compensation ranges from $160 to $200 per hour based on experience and scope of engagement.
