We are seeking an experienced Clio Specialist to support legal teams in optimizing their use of the Clio practice management platform. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for legal tech professionals with a strong background in law firm operations and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize the Clio legal practice management platform for law firm clients
• Oversee case and matter management workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Design and implement legal workflow automation to streamline day-to-day operations
• Provide training and ongoing support to legal staff on Clio best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes within the legal practice environment

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Clio (Grow and/or Manage)
• Experience in legal practice management within a law firm or legal services environment
• Strong understanding of case and matter management processes
• Familiarity with legal workflow management and process optimization

This is a contractor engagement with competitive hourly compensation ranging from $30 to $100/hr based on experience and scope of work.
