Join a cutting-edge AI evaluation initiative as a Cloud Storage Management Expert, where your hands-on storage administration expertise will directly shape the quality and reliability of AI-powered storage management agents. This is a W-2 position with Cincinnatus LLC, placing you within an extended team at a leading technology company.

About the Role

You will perform human-in-the-loop testing and evaluation of agentic storage management experiences, manually assessing AI agent responses across end-to-end storage workflows. Your practitioner-level insights will calibrate and validate AI pipelines, ensuring agent-generated recommendations meet real-world standards of accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery Evaluation: Test user journeys across migration options to assess agent response completeness and accuracy.
• Planning Evaluation: Evaluate agent guidance on Online vs. Offline transfer trade-offs, Cloud Interconnect ROI analysis, and time estimates across varying file sizes.
• Validation Evaluation: Execute simulation and dry-run migration journeys; identify potential failure points.
• Execution Evaluation: Initiate transfer operations via agent interfaces and assess operational reliability.
• Reporting Evaluation: Review agent-generated progress tracking, outcome reports, and variance analysis.
• Traffic Simulation: Simulate realistic storage traffic in test environments to create representative evaluation conditions.
• Agent Invocation & Feedback: Invoke AI agents using natural language and provide expert-level subjective feedback.
• Scoring Calibration: Use evaluation findings to improve automated offline scoring accuracy.
• 3P Agent Testing: Test third-party agent blueprints built for the Cloud Storage MCP platform.

Deliverables

• Completed user journey evaluation reports per 10-week cycle
• Documented insights and actionable feedback from a storage admin perspective
• Calibration data and recommendations for offline scoring mechanisms
• Issue logs identifying agent failure modes, inaccuracies, or gaps
• Summary reports comparing planned vs. actual migration outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Solid storage administration experience with expertise in cloud storage concepts, data migration strategies, and enterprise storage management
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Azure
• Hands-on experience with data migration, including online/offline transfer methods, Cloud Interconnect, and transfer sizing
• Ability to critically evaluate AI/LLM-generated recommendations from a practitioner's perspective
• Strong written communication skills for structured documentation and feedback
• Comfort working with natural language interfaces and conversational AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in storage performance analysis, security auditing, or storage analytics
• Prior experience in QA, evaluation, or red-teaming of AI/ML systems
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic AI frameworks
