Join a cutting-edge project to build a high-quality evaluation dataset for CNC manufacturing. We're seeking experienced CNC machinists to author and validate grading rubrics that reflect real production-floor standards. Your hands-on expertise will directly shape how machining quality is assessed and documented.

What You'll Do

• Develop clear, objective, text-based rubrics for grading CNC machining solutions using provided CAD models, stock specifications, machine configurations, and tooling context.
• Write detailed verification rationale for each grading criterion.
• Review sample machining solutions and provide well-reasoned pass/fail assessments.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a production environment.
• Strong production judgment — ability to evaluate whether a machining approach would safely and successfully run on a real machine.
• Written English fluency, as all deliverables are text-based.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating hobbyist machines such as the Makera Carvera.
• Familiarity with Haas VF-2 machines or similar professional CNC equipment.
