About the Role
Native Colombian Spanish speakers are being recruited to test a client's conversational customer experience (CX) AI agent. You'll interact with the agent, assess how it performs, and provide clear written feedback. This is a short-term hourly contract starting immediately.
What You'll Do
- Test the CX agent's responses and behaviour across the prompts and scenarios provided
- QA each conversation for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness in Colombian Spanish
- Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience
No domain expertise required — a generalist perspective is exactly what's needed.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Colombian Spanish speaker
- Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
- Available to start immediately
Schedule & Pay
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Daily commitment: 1-2 hours per day
- Rate: $10/hr (hourly contractor)
- Start date: immediate
