We are seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in technology transactions and commercial contract work, looking for flexible, high-impact engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Lead technology transaction negotiations with vendors, partners, and clients
• Redline and revise contracts to protect organizational interests and ensure compliance
• Provide expert legal guidance on commercial and contractual matters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline contract processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Contract Drafting: Proven ability to draft clear, enforceable commercial agreements
• Technology Transactions: Experience handling SaaS, licensing, and other tech-related deals
• Contract Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a practical, business-minded approach
• Contract Redlining: Proficiency in reviewing and marking up complex legal documents
