This is a fully remote contractor role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate across multiple regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and feasibility studies to support project deliverables
- Analyze and interpret lease agreements with precision and accuracy
- Perform market analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Oversee and support property management tasks as required
- Ensure regulatory compliance across US, Canada, UK, and European markets
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams and contribute to AI data training initiatives
- Produce clear, professional written and verbal communications
