We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager to support a technology-driven project involving AI data training and real estate expertise. This is a fully remote contractor role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate across multiple regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and feasibility studies to support project deliverables
• Analyze and interpret lease agreements with precision and accuracy
• Perform market analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making
• Oversee and support property management tasks as required
• Ensure regulatory compliance across US, Canada, UK, and European markets
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams and contribute to AI data training initiatives
• Produce clear, professional written and verbal communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in commercial real estate, including valuation, leasing, and market analysis
• Strong understanding of real estate regulations in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe
