We are looking for a skilled Competitive Programmer to join our software engineering team as a contractor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in algorithmic problem-solving and hands-on experience with C++.

Role Overview

As a Competitive Programmer, you will apply your expertise in algorithms, data structures, and efficient coding practices to tackle complex engineering challenges. This is a generalist software engineering role with a focus on high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex algorithmic and computational problems efficiently
• Write clean, optimized code primarily in C++
• Collaborate with the engineering team on software development tasks
• Apply competitive programming techniques to real-world software challenges

Required Skills

• Competitive Programming — strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking
• C++ (Core & Basics) — proficient in writing and optimizing C++ code
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

• Rate: $45–65/hr (based on experience)
