We are seeking a skilled Compliance Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with deep expertise in U.S. compliance law, regulatory research, and legal document analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret legal documents to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct thorough research on U.S. laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Draft and refine legal writings, memos, and compliance-related documentation
• Provide clear, actionable guidance on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams across departments
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and assess their impact
