In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate compliance scenarios used to train advanced AI models — bridging the gap between real-world regulatory practice and cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do

• Create and refine regulatory compliance challenges to train and improve AI models
• Design realistic scenarios that test an AI's ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory principles
• Evaluate AI responses related to compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
• Provide expert insight to ensure AI solutions reflect accurate, practical compliance knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, or in a regulatory compliance role
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
