We are seeking a skilled Computational Biology Expert to join our team as a specialist contractor. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain NGS pipelines for genomic and transcriptomic data analysis
- Perform bioinformatics analysis using tools such as BWA, GATK, STAR, Salmon, Seurat, and Scanpy
- Apply structural biology methods including AlphaFold and PyMOL for protein structure analysis
- Conduct systems biology and multi-omics data integration tasks
- Evaluate and validate AI/ML models in biological contexts
- Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to drive scientific insights
