We are seeking an experienced Computer & Information Systems Manager to oversee business operations and lead cross-functional technology initiatives. This is a contractor role ideal for a seasoned generalist who thrives in dynamic environments and can drive results across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and operational teams to ensure project success and organizational alignment
• Oversee vendor management relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations
• Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Apply strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills to navigate complex organizational challenges
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
