Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical and operational teams to ensure project success and organizational alignment
- Oversee vendor management relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations
- Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Apply strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills to navigate complex organizational challenges
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
