We are seeking an experienced Computer & Information Systems Manager to oversee business operations and lead cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Oversee vendor management relationships, ensuring quality delivery and cost efficiency
• Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across operational functions
• Apply strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills to navigate complex organizational challenges
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes

Required Skills
