Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough systems analysis to evaluate existing workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain business process models to document current and future-state workflows
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve system issues through structured troubleshooting methodologies
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills
