Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Troubleshoot networking issues including TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS configurations
• Manage and track support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with end users
• Assist with software installations, updates, and general system maintenance

Required Skills

• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS protocols
• OS Support: Experience supporting multiple operating systems
