Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users in a timely manner
• Provide support across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Manage and resolve tickets through a structured ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance
• Troubleshoot networking issues including TCP/IP configurations, VPN connectivity, and DNS resolution
• Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Required Skills

• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS protocols
• OS Support: Experience supporting multiple operating systems
• Ticket Management: Proficiency with helpdesk or ITSM ticketing platforms
