AfterQuery is looking for experienced Concierge Experts to help shape the future of hospitality AI. In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate real-world service scenarios used to train and refine AI models — bringing your deep knowledge of guest services and luxury hospitality standards to an innovative technology platform.

Your contributions will directly influence how AI systems understand and respond to complex concierge situations, from nuanced guest requests to high-end service problem-solving.

• Create and refine hospitality and guest services challenges for AI model training.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concierge in hotels, residential buildings, or luxury service environments.
• Strong understanding of guest services, hospitality protocols, and luxury service standards.
