Mercor is seeking a knowledgeable Conservative Politics Expert to help shape the future of AI reasoning in a remote, flexible contractor role. You will play a key part in ensuring AI models accurately represent and reason through conservative ideas, providing critical analysis and feedback to refine ideological balance.

• Evaluate AI model outputs to identify and correct progressive or left-leaning framings, ensuring conservative perspectives are represented with depth and intellectual integrity.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve ideological balance and design frameworks for thoughtful engagement with political, moral, and cultural reasoning.
• Ideal backgrounds include political scientists, historians, philosophers, economists, writers, journalists, academics, policy analysts, or cultural commentators with expertise in conservative thought.
• Requirements: Deep understanding of conservative political theory, strong critical analysis and writing skills, and a commitment to balanced, intellectually honest reasoning.
• Flexible commitment of approximately 20–30 hours per week in a structured project environment.
