Construction Managers (Construction)

Hourly Contract | Remote | $100–$180 per hour

Mercor is seeking experienced Construction Managers to participate in a specialized research project with one of the world’s leading AI companies. In this role, you will draw on your professional expertise to help design industry-specific questions that will contribute to the development of advanced AI systems.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years full-time work as a Construction Manager

• Location: Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada

• Technology: Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)

Role Details

• Flexible & Remote: Fully asynchronous work, completed on your schedule

• Time Commitment: Minimum of 15 hours per week

• Duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks from project start

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on your experience and location (the posted range reflects U.S.-based applicants; international rates may vary)

Compensation & Classification

• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect based on hours worked

• Independent contractor classification (“at-will” with Mercor)

• Industry-standard compensation aligned with your role and background
