Content / Media Team Lead | Contractor (40 hrs/week) | Remote – Asia-Based

Turing is looking for an experienced Content / Media Team Lead to drive global storytelling, content production, and media execution at scale. This is a 1-month contractor engagement requiring 40 hours per week, with 2–4 hours of daily overlap with PST (UTC-8).

Based in San Francisco, Turing is the world's leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. You'll join a fast-paced, AI-driven environment where your editorial judgment and operational leadership will directly shape high-impact training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content and data labeling operations, including content creation, quality assurance (QA), evaluations, and delivery
• Manage globally distributed teams, vendors, and reviewers to meet quality standards, SLAs, and throughput targets
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and performance tracking dashboards
• Collaborate with AI researchers and cross-functional teams to improve processes, tooling, and output quality
• Analyze workflow metrics to identify bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of content across multiple formats and channels

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content, editorial, media, communications, or B2B tech marketing
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing external partners
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including large datasets, trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Experience with social media, SEO, and video/webinar content production
• Based in Asia and comfortable working across multiple time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience in Generative AI, SaaS, developer ecosystems, or enterprise technology
• Strong understanding of global audiences and evolving media trends
• Familiarity with content operations in AI training or data labeling environments
