Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with documentation or workflow tools such as Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, or Jira.
  • Experience creating datasets for LLMs (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, QA).
  • Comfort with structured formats and tools: JSON, Google Colab/Jupyter notebooks, Excel/Google Sheets, and Slack.

Engagement Details

  • Commitment: Minimum 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with PST (UTC-8:00).
  • Type: Contractor/Freelancer (no medical or paid leave benefits).
  • Duration: 1 month, with potential for extension based on performance.

Evaluation Process

  • Applicants must complete a business writing assessment in English.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be reviewed internally and contacted for onboarding.

Why Work With Turing?

  • Fully remote, flexible work environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.
