Contract Lawyer | $90–120/hr | Worldwide Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze commercial contracts for legal risk, compliance, and accuracy
• Redline and negotiate contract terms in alignment with client or company standards
• Provide clear, concise legal guidance on contractual obligations and potential issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders or client teams to resolve contract-related matters efficiently

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with experience in commercial contract law
• Proven track record in contract review, drafting, and redlining
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation between $90 and $120, depending on experience and scope of work.
