Contract Manager / Negotiator | $75–$115/hr | Worldwide Remote

AFTERQUERY is seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Negotiator to review and evaluate contract redlines on a flexible, per-task basis. This is a fully remote contractor role ideal for professionals with deep, hands-on commercial contract experience who can deliver clear, structured written assessments.

What You'll Do

• Review contract negotiation redlines submitted by others and assess their quality and accuracy
• Evaluate whether redlines reflect what competent, experienced counsel would realistically do
• Provide clear, well-structured written judgments and feedback on contract positions
• Work independently and flexibly — tasks are paid per completion

Types of Contracts Involved

• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• Vendor and SaaS agreements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts
• Bachelor's degree or higher (a law degree is not required)
• Strong ability to evaluate redlines and communicate structured, written judgments
• Comfortable working remotely and independently on a task-by-task basis

This role is flexible and remote — work when it suits you, paid per task completed.
