We are seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in technology transactions and commercial contract work. You will play a critical role in drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of agreements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and technology-related contracts
• Redline and provide detailed legal commentary on incoming agreements
• Advise on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance considerations
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal terms with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract drafting and contract negotiation
• Strong background in technology transactions
• Proficiency in contract redlining and legal markup processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a fully remote contractor engagement offering competitive hourly compensation between $90 and $110 per hour, commensurate with experience.
