Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and technology-related contracts
- Redline and provide detailed legal commentary on incoming agreements
- Advise on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance considerations
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal terms with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in contract drafting and contract negotiation
- Strong background in technology transactions
- Proficiency in contract redlining and legal markup processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
