Corporate Attorney | $140–$400/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in corporate law, M&A, and capital markets to work with high-profile clients in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex Mergers & Acquisitions transactions from due diligence through closing
• Provide expert counsel on corporate law matters, governance, and compliance
• Manage and support commercial litigation matters, including strategy and risk assessment
• Assist clients in private equity transactions, including fund formation and portfolio investments
• Navigate capital markets transactions including debt and equity offerings
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and corporate documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Strong background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Deep knowledge of private equity and capital markets
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership
• Significant experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department

This is a fully remote contract role open to qualified legal professionals worldwide. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $140 to $400 per hour.
