We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team as a specialist contractor. This role focuses on legal research, document analysis, drafting, and annotation across a range of corporate and litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis across corporate, litigation, bankruptcy, and compliance domains
• Draft, review, and annotate a variety of legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Apply expertise in U.S. corporate law, litigation strategy, and bankruptcy proceedings
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to guideline development initiatives
• Translate complex legal information into accessible written materials for diverse audiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support quality assurance and editorial review processes
• Develop instructional content and contribute to internal knowledge-building efforts
