We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in corporate law, contract drafting, and due diligence. You will provide expert-level legal counsel and support across a range of corporate matters in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate contracts and legal agreements
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-reasoned legal analysis
• Perform due diligence in support of corporate transactions and business initiatives
• Prepare clear, concise legal writing including memos, briefs, and summaries
• Advise on corporate law matters and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks
