Corporate Attorney | $140–$350/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work with a dynamic organization on complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from due diligence through closing
• Provide expert counsel on corporate law matters, including governance, compliance, and entity structuring
• Handle commercial litigation strategy and dispute resolution
• Support private equity transactions, including fund formation and portfolio company matters
• Advise on capital markets activities, including securities offerings and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and corporate documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Deep knowledge of corporate law and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Background in private equity and capital markets
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active bar membership in good standing

This is a fully remote contract engagement offering a competitive hourly rate of $140–$350/hr, commensurate with experience and expertise.
