Corporate Attorney | $140–$400/hr | Worldwide Remote

MICRO1 is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Attorney with a BigLaw background to support complex legal matters across M&A, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation. This is a premium contractor opportunity for a seasoned legal expert ready to deliver high-caliber work in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
• Provide expert counsel on corporate law matters, governance, and compliance
• Support commercial litigation strategy and case management
• Assist with private equity transactions, fund formation, and portfolio company matters
• Navigate capital markets transactions including securities offerings and regulatory filings
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements with precision and attention to detail

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience at a BigLaw firm or equivalent top-tier legal environment
• Deep expertise in M&A, corporate law, private equity, and capital markets
• Experience handling commercial litigation matters
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active bar membership in good standing

Compensation

This role offers a competitive contractor rate of $140–$400 per hour, commensurate with experience and scope of work.
