Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks to streamline contract processes
• Perform detailed redlining and markup of agreements to protect organizational interests
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks and legal obligations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient contract lifecycle management

Required Skills

• Playbook Development: Experience creating and maintaining standardized legal playbooks
• Redlining: Proficient in reviewing and marking up complex legal documents
