Corporate Lawyer | $90–150/hr | Worldwide Remote

MICRO1 is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team as a remote contractor. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in corporate law, M&A transactions, and U.S. regulatory compliance. You'll work collaboratively across teams to provide strategic legal guidance and protect organizational interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks and mitigate legal risk
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support business decisions
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams in a fully remote environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in corporate law and M&A
• Proven experience in contract drafting and review
• Solid understanding of U.S. regulatory compliance and legal risk management
• Excellent legal research and analytical capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$90–$150/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
