MICRO1 is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team as a remote contractor. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in corporate law, M&A transactions, and U.S. regulatory compliance. You'll work collaboratively across teams to provide strategic legal guidance and protect organizational interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks and mitigate legal risk
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support business decisions
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams in a fully remote environment
Required Skills & Experience
