Corporate Transactions Attorney | $90–130/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support complex commercial and M&A legal matters on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work with a dynamic organization on high-impact transactions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and transactional documents
• Perform detailed contract redlining to identify and mitigate legal and business risks
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions from due diligence through closing
• Prepare and negotiate Stock Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to drive deals to completion efficiently
• Provide expert legal guidance on transactional matters across various business domains

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong background in M&A transactions, including SPAs and APAs
• Exceptional attention to detail with experience in contract redlining
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership preferred

This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation of $90–$130/hr, commensurate with experience and expertise.
