MICRO1 is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Media Expert specializing in Adobe After Effects to join our team as a contractor. This role is ideal for a motion design professional who thrives in a remote environment and has a strong eye for creative quality and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects
• Perform creative quality assurance and review of AI-generated and human-created content
• Provide constructive motion design critique to maintain and elevate creative standards
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to creative workflows and processes
• Support workflow automation initiatives to improve efficiency across creative pipelines
• Collaborate effectively with distributed, remote teams across time zones
• Evaluate AI-generated creative content for accuracy, quality, and consistency

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and motion graphics production
• Strong background in visual effects and compositing
• Experience with creative QA and review processes
• Excellent written communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration
• Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Familiarity with AI content evaluation methodologies is a plus
