Creative Writing Analyst
$50 / hr | Hourly · Remote (Asynchronous)
Mercor is seeking talented Creative Writers to collaborate on cutting-edge research projects with leading AI laboratories. If you’re passionate about storytelling and eager to shape the future of AI-generated literature, this role is for you.
Craft Original Content: Write speeches, dialogues, narratives, and more—bringing fresh voices and imaginative perspectives to each assignment.
Critique AI-Generated Literature: Evaluate machine-produced text for coherence, style, and emotional impact; provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Collaborate Remotely: Coordinate with research teams on deliverables, deadlines, and iterative revisions—entirely on your own schedule.
You have proven experience in at least one of the following areas:
Fiction, Poetry, or Screenplays
Columnist, Critic, or Opinion Writing
Speechwriting / Ghostwriting
Marketing, Social Media, or Branding
You’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. Above all, you bring a unique voice and a critical eye to every piece you touch.
Rate: $50 per hour
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Location: Fully remote; work when it suits you
Duration: Hourly contract, with potential for extension based on project needs
