Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced CRM Manager with strong Salesforce expertise to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. You'll manage our CRM system, optimize sales processes, drive customer engagement, and execute CRM strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
