We're looking for a skilled CRM Operations Specialist to join our business operations team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll leverage your CRM and Salesforce expertise to streamline sales processes, maintain data integrity, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce
- Support sales teams by maintaining accurate pipeline data and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements within business operations workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CRM adoption and best practices
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support as needed
Required Skills
