CRM Operations Specialist | $40–80/hr | Worldwide Remote

We're looking for a skilled CRM Operations Specialist to join our business operations team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll leverage your CRM and Salesforce expertise to streamline sales processes, maintain data integrity, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce
• Support sales teams by maintaining accurate pipeline data and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements within business operations workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CRM adoption and best practices
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support as needed

Required Skills

• CRM Management – hands-on experience administering and optimizing CRM platforms
• Salesforce – proficiency in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and workflows
• Sales Operations – understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
