About the Role

As a CRM Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize CRM platforms, support sales workflows, and contribute to AI training initiatives including annotation, labeling, and model evaluation tasks. You'll work across a diverse tech stack to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM systems including Salesforce, Close, and Apollo
• Support sales engagement workflows using tools like Salesloft
• Administer customer support platforms such as Intercom and Freshdesk
• Work with e-commerce and marketing tools including Shopify and ClickFunnels
• Utilize Crayon for competitive intelligence and market tracking
• Perform data annotation, labeling, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks
• Conduct model evaluation using defined rubrics to support AI development

Required Skills

• Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Close, Apollo)
• Familiarity with sales and customer success tools (Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk)
• Experience with data annotation, labeling, and AI model evaluation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured rubrics
• Background in business operations or sales support preferred
