Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Domain Expert to support the training, evaluation, and improvement of large language models (LLMs). This short-term contractor role is ideal for professionals with strong domain knowledge in customer service operations who can assess AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine prompts, responses, annotations, and gold-standard datasets tailored to customer service use cases.
• Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, compliance, tone, and relevance to customer service operations.
• Label, categorize, and curate text, image, and multimodal datasets for model training purposes.
• Use tools such as Clipchamp, Microsoft Photos, Paint, and GIMP to edit, annotate, redact, or enhance images, screenshots, and short video content.
• Support preparation of training assets including service workflows, communication templates, and customer interaction examples.
• Identify hallucinations, factual inconsistencies, unsafe outputs, and domain-specific errors in model responses.
• Collaborate with AI teams, data annotators, QA teams, and subject matter experts to improve model behavior.
• Document feedback trends, common error patterns, and actionable recommendations for model improvement.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to internal quality and compliance standards.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor
• Duration: 4 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 30 hours/week, at least 4 hours/day with 4 hours of overlap with PST

Evaluation Process

• Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form.
• Following profile review, an assessment will be shared and must be completed within 48 hours.
