Customer Success Evaluator at Mercor

Customer Success Evaluator | $80–120/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced Customer Success / Support Operations professionals to evaluate AI-generated work products for accuracy, quality, and domain relevance. This is a flexible, remote hourly engagement ideal for seasoned practitioners who want to apply their expertise in a meaningful way.

What You'll Do

• Review and assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or Support Operations
• Native or professional-level English fluency
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
