Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
• Design and develop AI training tasks and scenarios to improve automated support workflows
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement meaningful improvements
• Deliver structured, actionable feedback to internal teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer goals
• Manage communications and scheduling via Gmail, Slack, and Calendar tools
• Handle support operations using platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow

Required Skills

• Proven experience in customer success management
• Familiarity with AI training task design and scenario creation
• Proficiency with support tools: Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and/or ServiceNow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability in dynamic, evolving work environments
• Experience with productivity tools: Slack, Gmail, and calendar management platforms

Compensation

$40–$70/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
