As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you will ensure a seamless experience for candidates, from application to payment, while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly to support requests from platform users, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
    • Triage and investigate user-reported issues, working with engineering to resolve technical challenges.
    • Identify and document recurring pain points, sharing insights to improve self-serve resources and reduce support volume.
    • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for common support topics.
    • Advocate for user needs internally, helping shape product enhancements and process improvements.
    • Communicate with enthusiasm and professionalism in near-native English.
  • Qualifications:
    • 1–3 years in customer success, operations, or product support (SaaS or marketplace preferred).
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a talent for de-escalation.
    • Experience with support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).
    • Strong product intuition and ability to articulate solutions to cross-functional teams.
