About the Role

You'll evaluate and refine AI-generated responses related to customer support documentation, helping ensure AI systems accurately interpret and act on complex service materials. Your feedback will directly improve AI performance in real support environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess AI-generated responses involving customer support documents
• Evaluate comprehension of service level agreements (SLAs), escalation documentation, and support tickets
• Assess AI handling of knowledge base articles and customer communication workflows
• Identify errors, gaps, or misinterpretations in AI outputs and provide structured feedback
• Apply your expertise to define what excellent customer communication looks like

Ideal Candidate

• Current or former Customer Success Manager or senior support professional
• Background in SaaS or technology companies strongly preferred
• Deep familiarity with service agreements, troubleshooting documentation, and escalation processes
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to critically evaluate AI responses against professional support standards
