• Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on end-to-end banking customer support workflows, from account setup to issue resolution.
  • Refine processes for disputes, fraud cases, loan servicing, and account inquiries.
  • Provide expertise on escalation management, compliance, and secure communications.
  • Guide optimization of banking support tools such as Salesforce, core banking systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Support the development of knowledge bases, training materials, and scenario documentation.
• Ideal Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of customer support experience in banking, with management experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of account servicing, fraud claims, loan/mortgage inquiries, and payment disputes.
  • Familiarity with banking CRM, fraud management systems, and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
