  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Advise on end-to-end consumer goods support processes, including product inquiries, returns, and replacements.
    • Review and optimize workflows for handling order issues, quality concerns, and warranty claims.
    • Provide guidance on escalation management, compliance, and customer communication standards.
    • Support the development of knowledge bases, training materials, and scenario documentation.
    • Offer expertise on customer support tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and CRM platforms.
  • Ideal Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of customer support experience in the consumer goods sector, preferably with management exposure.
    • Deep understanding of returns, refunds, warranty claims, and product inquiries.
    • Proficiency with CRM and order management systems.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
